高压共轨试验台CRS960

CRS960高压共轨系统试验台是我公司新研制的一款产品，主要针对科研院校、相关科研机构及共轨发动机维修用户。外观样式可以根据客户要求定制。设备轨道压力为：0～2100bar,由博世共轨喷油泵提供压力源（或有设计单位自主研发泵体提供）；轨压可以根据用户需求自主设定。可对BOSCH、SIEMENS、DELPHI、DENSO厂家生产的共轨喷油泵喷、油器及共轨管进行检测与调试。电脑控制部分由工业计算机控制，windows系统；量油系统采用流量传感器来测量，油量大小由计算机实时测量并在屏幕上实时显示，误差精度为精0.1毫升；内置博世、电装、德尔福、西门子等喷油器调试数据近千种，每种喷油器数据可以快速查询，高压共轨试验台并可以根据用户需求添加新的喷油器数据。每次检测数据可自主生成数据报表并存储，根据用户需求可以对所生成的数据报表进行打印。
